Job summary

Zoomlion in the United Arab Emirates is hiring a Sales Specialist to drive our heavy machinery and construction equipment business across the UAE. The role requires a strong network, proven track record in B2B sales, and the ability to close deals through demonstrations and site visits.

We seek candidates with 10+ years of UAE/GCC sales experience, at least 3 years in heavy equipment sales, GCC familiarity, English fluency, and a valid UAE driving license.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of B2B sales experience in the UAE or GCC.
• Minimum 3 years in construction heavy equipment sales or rental machinery.
• GCC-based experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree; engineering background preferred.
• Valid UAE Driving License.
• Excellent English; Arabic a plus.

We're Hiring: Sales Specialist – Heavy Equipment (UAE)

Zoomlion is growing its team in the UAE. We're looking for an experienced Sales Specialist to drive our heavy machinery and construction equipment business.

What You'll Do:

• Generate new business and achieve sales targets for heavy machinery and construction equipment
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Conduct product demonstrations and site visits
• Prepare offers and quotations, negotiate, and follow up through to closing
• Work with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution
• Support customer financing and payment collection

What We're Looking For:

• 10+ years of B2B sales experience in the UAE or the wider GCC
• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in construction heavy equipment sales and/or rental machinery sales is mandatory.
• GCC-based experience in a current or most recent role is preferred
• Strong knowledge of the construction and equipment market, with an established client network; UAE market knowledge is required.
• Excellent English; Arabic is a plus
• A valid UAE Driving License is required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (mandatory). Preference will be given to candidates with an Engineering degree, preferably in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
