Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• 1–2 years of hospitality experience.
• Ability to tolerate moderate walking.
• Flexible working hours.
• Team player with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Reliable, honest and energetic with strong English communication.
• Knowledge of an additional language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at the hotel entrance using appropriate salutations.
• Open car doors for arriving or departing guests with a welcoming smile.
• Coordinate with bell staff to manage luggage and deliveries to guest rooms.
• Store luggage securely in the storeroom and maintain cleanliness.
• Assist with taxi arrangements and seating for guests.
• Receive and deliver incoming packages, letters and documents.
• Identify and assist with security matters as first point of contact.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and grooming.
