Job summary

Jumeirah Mina Al Salam in Dubai seeks a Guest Service Executive – Concierge to deliver exceptional, personalized service to guests, coordinating with Housekeeping, Concierge, and F&B to anticipate needs.

You will handle requests such as transportation and dining reservations, resolve guest concerns with proactive service recovery, and promote hotel experiences while supporting VIP guests across our luxury portfolio.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service or front desk roles within the hospitality industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with guests from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to handling guest requests and service recovery.
• Proficiency in English is essential; additional language skills are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and personalized service to guests, ensuring every interaction reflects the highest luxury hospitality standards.
• Coordinate with other departments (Housekeeping, Concierge, Executive Lounge, Recreation, F&B) to fulfill guest needs.
• Handle special requests such as transportation, dining reservations, and amenities.
• Resolve minor guest complaints professionally and elevate complex issues when necessary.
• Promote hotel services and amenities, upselling where appropriate.
• Support VIP and repeat guest recognition programs.
