Job summary

Rixos is seeking a skilled Cook/Chef de Partie for a luxury outlet in Ras Al Khaimah. You will manage your station’s inventory, ensure recipes and plating meet standards, and support the Executive Sous Chef with costing and promotions.

Maintain HACCP compliance, supervise daily operations, and deliver exceptional guest experiences through teamwork, training, and professional grooming.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality required.
• 1-2 years experience in 4-5 star hotel preferred.
• Experience with food safety and HACCP practices advised.

Responsibilities

• Prepare inventory list for station.
• Fill in for other chef as needed.
• Follow standard recipes and plating guides.
• Provide daily market list and supervise goods received.
• Assist Executive Sous Chef with recipes and costing.
• Contribute to special promotions, events and food activities.
• Communicate with outlets and ensure proper explanation of items.
• Control food wastage while maintaining quality.
• Maintain records and documentation as required.
• Attend training sessions and uphold grooming standards.
