Job summary

Rixos is seeking a professional for a chef outlet role in its luxury hotel. The candidate will manage station inventories, uphold recipe standards, and coordinate with the Executive Sous Chef on costing and promotions. Experience in 4-5 star hotels and strong teamwork are essential.

The role requires strong knowledge of HACCP, food safety, and guest interaction. You will train with the team and participate in daily briefings to ensure seamless service.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality, 2–3 years experience in 4-5 star Hotel

Responsibilities

• Prepare inventory for station and fill in for teammates when required.
• Ensure standard recipes and plating guides are followed at all times.
• Provide daily market list and control goods received to guarantee quality and quantity.
• Assist Executive Sous Chef with recipes and costing as needed.
• Suggest promotions and events for the outlet and communicate with supervisors.
