Job summary

Rixos Hotels seeks a dedicated chef to join our luxury kitchen team. You will prepare inventory for your station, ensure recipes and plating standards, and support the Executive Sous Chef with costing and promotions.

Working with outlets and supervisors, you will manage quality, reduce waste, uphold HACCP, and train staff while maintaining a polished, professional image in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality required.
• 2–3 years experience in 4-5 star hotel advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare inventory list for station and assist other chefs as needed.
• Ensure standard recipes and plating guides are followed at all times in the outlet.
• Provide daily market list to Executive Sous Chef and control goods received to guarantee quality and quantity.
• Provide recipes and costing as required by Executive Sous Chef & Executive Chef.
• Maintain HACCP and hotel standards within the outlet.
