Westin Hotels & Resorts in Dubai Marina is seeking a non-management kitchen teammate to prepare ingredients, portion, and cook according to recipes and quality standards. You will operate ovens and other equipment, monitor temps, and maintain a clean, safe work area.

The role requires at least a high school diploma or GED and 1 year of related experience. No supervisory duties expected. On-site, full-time schedule with adherence to safety policies is required.

Formación

• Experience in a fast paced kitchen environment is preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes and presentation standards.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and safety procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food.
• Wash and peel fresh fruits and vegetables and measure ingredients.
• Operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves and fryers as required.
• Monitor food quality and ensure correct temperatures throughout service.
• Set up and break down work station; maintain clean, safe work area.
• Follow safety policies, report issues, and maintain professional appearance.
