Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients, portioning, chopping, and storing food.
• Wash and peel fruits and vegetables.
• Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients per recipes.
• Operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers.
• Monitor food quality and ensure safety standards.
• Set up and break down work station; maintain cleanliness.
• Follow all safety policies and report issues to manager.
• Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality; protect company assets.
• Develop positive working relationships; support team goals.
• Stand or walk for long periods; lift up to 25 pounds.
