Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a range of kitchen areas, ideally within luxury hospitality.
• Proven commercial kitchen experience.

Responsibilities

• Document inventory of kitchen supplies and notify supervisors of low stock.
• Operate kitchen equipment effectively and maintain cooking temperatures.
• Perform food rotation tasks to ensure ingredient freshness.
• Set up the station with par stocks of menu items and complete food preparations.
