JA Resorts & Hotels is seeking a dedicated Commis I for JA Hatta Fort Hotel. This entry-level culinary role offers hands-on training with experienced chefs, focusing on mise en place, station setup, and proper food handling.

You’ll join a team committed to JA’s standards and guest satisfaction. The position requires a culinary degree or diploma, an intermediate Food Hygiene Certificate, and at least 1 year in a similar role within a 5-star hotel or as a Commis II.

• Must have culinary degree or diploma.
• Must have intermediate food hygiene certification.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel, or as a Commis II.
• Must have a passion for food and willingness to learn.
• Basic English communication skills and basic computer literacy.
