What You'll Be Doing

• Assist with food preparation and daily mise en place

• Prepare workstations and ensure all kitchen equipment is organized and ready for service

• Help set up buffets and food displays to JA standards

• Maintain the highest levels of cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene

• Receive and organize ingredients, including fresh produce, dairy, meat, and seafood

• Support the team in delivering exceptional quality and consistency every day

What We're Looking For

• Culinary Degree or Culinary Diploma

• Intermediate Food Hygiene Certification

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within a 5‑star hotel, or as a Commis II

• Passion for food and a willingness to learn

• Basic computer skills

• Basic English communication skills

• A positive attitude and strong team spirit
