Job summary

JA Hatta Fort Hotel is seeking an enthusiastic Commis II who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to exceptional guest experiences in a 5‑star hotel environment. You will assist with daily mise en place and food preparation, prepare and organize workstations, help set up buffets and displays, and ensure proper storage, labeling and handling of products while following hygiene standards.

Basic English and computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• Culinary degree or diploma required.
• Intermediate Food Hygiene Certification.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar 5-star hotel role.
