Job summary

JA Hatta Fort Hotel in the UAE is seeking a proactive Junior Sous Chef to support the Executive and Senior Sous Chefs in day-to-day kitchen operations within a luxury setting.

You will deliver high-quality dishes with presentation precision, maintain menu consistency and safety standards, and guide the culinary team to create memorable dining experiences for guests in the mountain resort.

Qualifications

• Must have culinary degree/diploma
• Intermediate Food Hygiene Certification
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role in a 5-star hotel
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Good computer skills and fluency in English
• Passion for quality, teamwork and hospitality
