Job summary

JA Hatta Fort Hotel, part of JA Resorts & Hotels, is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to bring creativity and premium dining to the mountains of Hatta. You will support senior chefs, ensure top-quality plating, and uphold strict safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates hold a culinary degree, have at least 2 years in a similar 5-star setting, and show leadership, organizational skills, and fluent English. This is a on-site, luxury-hospitality role in the UAE.

Qualifications

• Culinary degree or diploma required.
• Intermediate Food Hygiene Certification.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel environment.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Good computer skills and fluency in English.

Responsibilities
