Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Commercial Manager – Business Development (Hunter) in the UAE to drive new business in cold chain warehousing and contract logistics. You will pursue opportunities across temperature-controlled warehousing, transport, distribution and value-added services, while also managing the profitability and renewals of existing accounts.

Responsibilities include building a robust sales pipeline, developing tailored proposals, and negotiating terms to ensure sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or supply chain management is required.
• Minimum 5–8 years in commercial roles within cold chain or 3PL in the UAE.
• Proven track record winning new customers and meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a new business strategy to acquire customers and grow revenue.
• Identify and win customers in food, retail, FMCG and temperature-sensitive sectors.
• Lead pricing and contract negotiations to protect margins.
• Manage CRM records and report pipeline, revenue and occupancy.
• Mentor sales and customer service teams to elevate performance.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Customer Service for onboarding.
