Job summary

A Group, based in Dubai, seeks an experienced Cold Chain Supervisor to oversee cold storage operations and ensure the safe handling, storage, and distribution of temperature‑sensitive products.

You will supervise warehouse staff, maintain cold chain integrity, and ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards while coordinating with logistics, procurement, and quality assurance teams to ensure timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Experience managing cold storage operations and temperature-controlled products.
• Strong understanding of FIFO/FEFO inventory management and warehouse documentation.
• Knowledge of food safety and quality standards in storage and distribution.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily cold storage warehouse operations.
• Maintain required storage temperatures for chilled and frozen goods.
• Ensure compliance with cold chain procedures and food safety regulations.
• Manage inventory, stock rotation, and warehouse records.
• Coordinate receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
• Supervise warehouse staff and assign daily tasks.
• Conduct inspections of refrigeration systems and facilities.
• Maintain temperature logs and operational reports.
• Ensure health, safety, and hygiene compliance.
• Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and QA for timely deliveries.
