Job summary

RTC-1 Employment Services is seeking a Business Development/Sales Executive for 3PL Frozen Warehousing and Cold Chain Logistics in Dubai. You will drive new business acquisition for frozen storage and related 3PL services, targeting food importers and Horeca suppliers.

The role includes presenting competitive quotations and negotiating terms. A minimum of five years UAE experience in 3PL cold chain is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in 3PL frozen warehousing and cold chain logistics.
• Proven track record of acquiring new customers rather than relying on existing accounts.
• Solid knowledge of frozen storage operations, pallet capacity, occupancy, rates and handling charges.
• Ability to prepare profitable quotations and negotiate storage, handling, transportation and contract terms.

Responsibilities

• Proactively Drive new business acquisition for frozen warehousing and cold-chain 3PL services for target segments.
• Promote and sell 18°C to 25°C storage and related 3PL offerings.
• Prepare competitive quotations covering storage, handling, transportation and value-added services.
• Take ownership of new-customer targets, pallet volumes, tonnage and storage revenue.

Job Description:

• ? Proactively Drive new business acquisition for frozen warehousing and cold-chain 3PL services, targeting food importers, meat, poultry, seafood, dairy, ice cream, food distributors and HORECA suppliers .
• ? Promote and sell frozen warehousing solutions, including ?18°C to ?25°C storage, pallet-position utilization, inbound/outbound handling and reefer transportation.
• ? Prepare competitive and profitable quotations covering pallet storage, handling, transportation and value-added logistics services.
• ? Take ownership of new-customer acquisition targets, contracted pallet volumes, tonnage and storage revenue.

Qualifications:

• ? Minimum 5 years of relevant UAE experience in 3PL frozen warehousing and cold chain logistics.
• ? Strong hunter mentality, with proven experience acquiring new customers rather than relying on existing accounts.
• ? Solid technical knowledge of frozen storage operations, pallet capacity, warehouse occupancy, storage rates, and handling charges.
