Job summary

Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. in Dubai seeks an experienced Warehouse Manager with a strong Cold Chain background to lead our facility's operations.

You will manage deep-freeze storage (-18 C to -25 C), oversee raw materials and finished goods logistics, and maintain inventory accuracy while enforcing HACCP ISO 22000 and municipal food safety standards. You will ensure seamless distribution to local Retail, HORECA, hotels, restaurants and cafes, plus GCC and export/import cold

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management / Logistics, Operations / Engineering required.
• Minimum 8+ years of progressive warehouse management experience, with at least 3–5 years in Cold Chain / Frozen Food / Dairy Manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Enterprise WMS systems (e.g., SAP EWM, Oracle WMS, Manhattan, or Infor) and inventory tracking tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations across deep-freeze storage rooms, secondary staging zones and dispatch bays; maintain cold chain; enforce FEFO; conduct cycle counts and variance analyses using WMS; monitor temperature logging equipment.
• Lead supply to production schedules by managing raw materials, dairy bases, inclusions and packaging inventory; coordinate refrigerated fleet loading and distribution with 3PLs; optimize layout and slotting; supervise teams across shifts.
• Ensure compliance with UAE HACCP, ISO 22000 and local safety guidelines; manage customs and GCC export/import documents.
• Track KPIs such as order fill rate, on-time in-full, picking accuracy, and inventory variance; drive 5S and continuous process improvements.

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager with a strong background in Cold Storage Frozen Food FMCG manufacturing to lead our Warehouse Operations at our production facility in Dubai. You will manage deep-freeze storage facilities -18 C to -25 C oversee raw material amp finished goods logistics maintain inventory accuracy amp enforce strict HACCP ISO 22000 amp Municipality Food Safety Guidelines. You will ensure seamless distribution to local Retail HORECA Hotels Restaurants Cafes amp GCC amp Export Import1 Cold Chain amp Inventory Management.

1. Oversee daily warehouse operations across deep-freeze storage rooms secondary staging zones amp dispatch bays. Maintain unbroken cold chain protocols during receiving put-away order picking amp transport loading. Enforce FEFO First-Expired First-Out stock rotation strategy to minimize product degradation amp batch loss. Conduct regular cycle counts inventory audits amp variance analyses using Warehouse Management Systems WMS SAP EWM. Monitor ambient chilled amp deep-freeze temperature logging equipment take corrective measures during temperature deviations.
2. Operational Leadership amp Logistics Manage raw materials dairy bases fruit preparations inclusions amp packaging inventory to support production schedules. Coordinate refrigerated fleet loading amp primary distribution routes with internal logistics teams amp third-party logistics 3PL providers. Optimize warehouse layout rack space utilization amp slotting strategies to improve picking efficiency. Direct amp schedule a team of warehouse supervisors forklift operators amp cold-room handlers across multiple shifts.
3. Compliance Safety amp Quality Standards Ensure strict adherence to Municipality UAE Food Safety Department HACCP amp ISO 22000 standards. Enforce workplace safety protocols PPE compliance for extreme sub-zero environments amp equipment maintenance schedules reefer units VNA trucks forklifts. Prepare amp manage documentation for customs cross-border GCC exports amp local food transport permits.
4. Performance amp Budget Control Track operational KPIs including Order Fill Rate On-Time In-Full OTIF Delivery Picking Accuracy amp Inventory Variance Control warehouse operational expenditure OPEX including energy optimization equipment fleet costs amp consumable usage. Implement 5S methodologies amp continuous process improvements.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Languages

Fluent in English; basic knowledge of Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is an added advantage

Preferred Skills & Attributes

• Proven experience operating in -20 Cto -25 C cold storage facilities.
• Strong leadership abilities with experience managing multicultural teams in the UAE.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain stock accuracy above 99%.
• Familiarity with cross-docking & multi-drop fleet logistics across the UAE &GCC region.
