The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with 6-10 years of HR experience, particularly in the luxury hospitality sector. Strong interpersonal, strategic thinking, and analytical competencies are essential for this role. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc.
