Job summary

Accor in Dubai is seeking a Cluster Reservations support specialist to assist the Cluster Reservation Manager with block management, rate codes, and accurate billing. You will help maximize revenue and ensure the right product is offered to the right customer at the right time.

Candidates should have reservation or Royal Service experience, Opera PMS experience, and fluency in English and Arabic. Proficiency with Windows is required for daily tasks in a luxury hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Previous Reservation or Royal Service related experience required.
• Previous Opera Property Manager System experience required.
• Fluency in verbal and written English and Arabic is required.
• Computer literate in Microsoft Windows applications required.
• Luxury hotel sales experience having had varied market mix experience.

Responsibilities

• Understand key principles of FRHI Pricing Strategies and Revenue Management.
• Handle reservation management including blocks, rooming lists, and group billing.
• Understand Groups Management including cut off dates and booking policies.
• Maximize rooms revenue through conversion of calls into sales.
• Utilize upselling techniques and support revenue management strategies.
• Ensure data accuracy and guest satisfaction in reservations.
• Be involved in RM tools, Opera PMS/S&C, and property PMS conversions.
• Work across market segments and rate plans to offer the right product.
