Job summary

Accor is seeking a Reservations Agent - Rooms and Revenue in Dubai to support room sales, reservation accuracy, and revenue management strategies across distribution channels. Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Hotel Management or related hospitality discipline.
• Experience in hotel reservations and room inventory management.
• Familiarity with Opera PMS and multi-channel distribution.
• Strong communication and attention to detail; upselling experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Apply Accor pricing principles across retail, corporate, leisure, and groups.
• Understand rate plans, restrictions and availability controls.
• Convert enquiries into reservations via telephone and email with strong sales skills.
• Upsell to increase room revenue while matching guest needs.
• Process reservations in line with revenue strategies and ensure data accuracy.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services, facilities and packages.
