Job summary

Minor International in Dubai seeks a dynamic Cluster Reservation Assistant Manager to oversee reservation activities across multiple properties within the cluster. You will manage a reservations team, analyze occupancy data, and collaborate with sales, marketing and revenue teams to optimize pricing and performance.

The role requires leadership, excellent customer service, and proficiency with reservation systems and MS Office. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in hotel reservations, with at least 2 years in supervision or management.
• Proficiency in reservation management systems and Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages is a plus.
• Certifications in hotel management are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate reservation activities for multiple properties within the cluster.
• Supervise and train reservation team members, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Analyze booking trends and occupancy data to optimize revenue management strategies.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and revenue management teams to develop pricing and promotional strategies.
• Handle complex reservation inquiries, special requests and VIP bookings.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of reservations across all channels.
• Monitor and maintain high standards of customer service within the reservation department.
• Generate and analyze reports on reservation performance and key metrics.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
• Implement and maintain SOPs for the reservation department.
• Resolve escalated customer issues and complaints professionally and timely.
