Job summary

Fairmont Dubai is seeking a Cluster Reservations Agent to join our luxury team. You will be responsible for reservations, managing blocks, and supporting revenue strategies with a guest-first approach.

Ideal candidates will have Reservations experience, strong English communication, and the ability to multitask in a high-end hotel environment. Prior Opera PMS experience is a plus, and Microsoft Windows proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Previous Reservations experience required.
• Proficient in English language (verbal and written).
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs.
• Must be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Windows applications.

Responsibilities

• Understand pricing and revenue management principles and apply them to reservations.
• Handle group blocks, rooming lists, and billing instructions with accuracy.
• Upsell guest rooms and hotel facilities where appropriate.
• Support revenue management strategies across distribution channels.
