Job summary

Fairmont Dubai invites you to join the world of luxury hospitality as a Cluster Reservations Agent. In this role you will contribute to delivering warmth and sincere service over the phone, helping guests feel valued and shaping the brand experience to come.

Reporting to the Cluster Reservations Manager, you will manage blocks, group rates, and billing instructions, maximize revenue through upselling, and apply RM tools including Opera PMS/S&C across distribution channels.

Qualifications

• Previous Reservations experience required.
• Proficient in English (verbal and written).
• Must be able to work cohesively as part of a team.
• Computer literate in Microsoft Windows applications.

Responsibilities

• Understand and implement FRHI Pricing Strategies and Revenue Management.
• Handle reservation management: blocks, group billing, rooming lists, inventory, and group rates.
• Upsell to maximise room revenue and promote hotel facilities.
• Apply revenue management strategies across distribution channels; ensure accurate data and guest satisfaction.
