Confidential Company in Dubai seeks a senior Cloud Brand Sales leader to own revenue, margin, and commercial performance across M365 Azure and Dynamics 365, while coaching a team of executives.

You will grow a 400-partner UAE ecosystem, recruit and activate partners, manage top-tier relationships, ensure CRM hygiene, and align with Microsoft and META teams on strategy. Strong financial and governance skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in cloud channel sales and partner ecosystems.
• Strong financial acumen with revenue and margin management.
• Experience with CRM governance and forecast processes.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coach a team of Cloud Brand Sales Executives.
• Develop and grow a 400-partner ecosystem in the UAE, including recruitment and activation.
• Maintain healthy pipeline coverage and conduct weekly opportunity reviews.
• Partner with Microsoft UAE SPOCs and META teams on strategy and business reviews.
• Drive partner profitability, program utilization, cloud growth and channel expansion.
• Build executive-level relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
• Ensure accurate margin bookings, collections and risk controls.
