Ontime Group is seeking a highly skilled Clinic Operations Manager to oversee our clinic operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with DHA regulations EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems and billing this role you will ensure that our clinic operates smoothly while maintaining compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all operational aspects of the clinic including staffing scheduling and supply chain management
• Ensure compliance with DHA regulations and standards implementing necessary protocols and training for staff
• Oversee EMR systems to ensure accurate and secure patient information management
• Manage the billing process including insurance verification claims submission and payment reconciliation
• Monitor clinic performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
• Implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and patient satisfaction
• Provide training and support for staff on EMR systems billing procedures and compliance matters
• Serve as a liaison between the clinic and external partners including vendors and insurance companies

Requirements
