Job summary

Blue Ocean Corporation is seeking a Client Relations & Operations Executive (Female) in Dubai to manage corporate client relationships and coordinate training programs across multiple clients.

You will act as the primary liaison between clients, trainers, and internal teams, ensuring objectives, timelines, and participant needs are met with meticulous record-keeping and calendar management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate client servicing, customer relationship management, training coordination, or a similar client-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients through regular communication, proactive support, and effective account coordination.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, trainers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on training objectives, expectations, and timelines.
• Coordinate and manage corporate training programs end-to-end, including planning, scheduling, participant coordination, and execution across multiple clients.
• Manage participant coordination for online certification programs and corporate training initiatives, ensuring timely communication and a seamless learning experience.
• Coordinate trainer allocation, session scheduling, and calendar management to ensure optimal resource utilization and smooth program delivery.
• Monitor training quality and participant experience, proactively addressing concerns and ensuring consistent service standards.
• Conduct post-training follow-ups with corporate clients and participants to gather feedback, evaluate training effectiveness, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate and provide operational support for face-to-face retail training batches, ensuring effective scheduling, participant communication, and smooth execution.
• Maintain and regularly update the internal trainer calendar, ensuring accurate scheduling, trainer availability, and coordination across training programs.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve operational challenges, streamline coordination, and ensure the timely delivery of training programs.
