Job summary

BLUE OCEAN CORPORATION is seeking a results-driven Business Development professional in Dubai to drive corporate training sales and strategic partnerships. You will identify opportunities, present tailored learning solutions, and negotiate terms to meet revenue targets.

As a key point of contact for HR, L&D, and procurement teams, you will manage a robust sales pipeline, coordinate with operations for delivery, and maintain comprehensive CRM records to track progress and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Business Development or Corporate Training Sales.
• Strong understanding of corporate training solutions, professional certifications, and learning & development services.
• Existing network of corporate clients and decision-makers will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and generate new business opportunities with corporate clients, government organizations, educational institutions, and strategic partnerships.
• Promote and sell corporate training programs, professional certification courses, and customized learning solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with HR professionals, L&D teams, Procurement departments, and key decision-makers.
• Conduct client meetings to understand business requirements and recommend solutions.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and commercial offers aligned with client requirements.
• Negotiate terms and close business opportunities to achieve revenue targets.
• Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline with timely follow-ups.
• Coordinate with Training Operations to ensure seamless delivery of programs.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and opportunities in the CRM.
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends to identify new opportunities.
