Job summary

Blue Ocean Corporation in Dubai is seeking an experienced Training Consultant to identify client training needs, design programs, and coordinate schedules across Egypt and the GCC. You will collaborate with instructors, prepare proposals, and manage logistic details to ensure successful delivery.

The role emphasizes building long-term relationships with corporate partners, conducting market research on learning trends, and delivering high-quality programs while supporting bids and tender

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in training consultancy, L&D, or corporate training.
• Experience dealing with GCC corporate clients (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, etc.).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Arabic.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); CRM experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify client training needs and propose suitable programs and international certifications.
• Design, plan, and coordinate training schedules, instructors, and logistics.
• Deliver professional presentations and proposals to clients across Egypt and the GCC.
• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and corporate partners.
