Job summary

Blue Ocean Corporation in Dubai seeks an experienced Training Consultant to identify client needs, design programs, and coordinate logistics for GCC markets.

You will deliver presentations, build long-term relationships with corporate clients, and monitor satisfaction while collaborating with trainers and subject matter experts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in training consultancy, L&D or corporate training.
• Experience with GCC corporate clients (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, etc.).
• Previous B2B sales experience is mandatory.
• Excellent English and Arabic communication and presentation skills.
• MS Office proficiency; CRM experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities
