Qualifications

• Degree in a business-related field.
• Client handling experience in financial services is a definite plus.
• Fluent Azeri with excellent oral and written skills in English.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Strong computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Activate new client leads and follow up with potential clients.
• Handle client inquiries via email and telephone and ensure high-quality service.
• Perform personal clientele analysis and take actions as required.
• Promote available products and services to clients.
• Stay informed about the latest developments, products and promotions and communicate them to clients.
• Ensure compliance with the company’s guidelines and procedures.
• Provide suggestions on system enhancements.
• Collaborate with the Client Relations team to drive business development.
• Contribute to the team’s results and cooperate with other departments as needed.
