Job summary

A leading destination management company in Dubai is seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator to support the CIS Sales Team. The successful candidate will assist in managing inquiries, maintain CRM records, and conduct market research while ensuring exceptional customer service. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong communication skills in English and Russian.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar support role, preferably in a DMC or the travel industry.
• Understanding of the Russia and CIS tourism market is preferred.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing inquiries, proposals, and follow-ups with clients.
• Maintain CRM records on sales activities, bookings, and client interactions.
• Prepare quotations and documentation for tourism packages.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and new opportunities in the CIS region.
• Coordinate VIP and large group arrivals.
