• Strong experience in high-end luxury fit-out and interiors for residential, villas, hospitality, or premium developments.
• Excellent commercial and financial acumen with proven P&L ownership.
• Established UAE market network with clients, developers, consultants, architects, and stakeholders.

We are seeking an experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead a well-established fit-out and interiors business in the UAE, with a strong focus on high-end residential, luxury villas, private residences, hospitality, and premium commercial projects. The CEO will be responsible for driving the company’s overall strategy, commercial growth, operational performance, profitability, and long-term expansion while maintaining the highest standards of quality and client service.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall business strategy, operations, and commercial direction of the company.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and sustainable business expansion.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, developers, consultants, architects, and strategic partners.
• Oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery within agreed cost, quality, programme, and client expectations.
• Lead business development, tendering, pre-contract, and major project acquisition activities.
• Oversee P&L, budgets, cash flow, resource planning, and financial performance.
• Build, lead, and develop high-performing project delivery, commercial, design, procurement, and support teams.
• Establish strong operational processes, governance, and performance KPIs.
• Identify new market opportunities and develop strategic partnerships to strengthen the company's market position.
• Represent the company at senior level with major clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of senior leadership experience within fit-out, interiors, construction, or related sectors.
• Proven experience in a CEO, Managing Director, General Manager, or equivalent senior leadership position.
• Strong track record in high-end / luxury fit-out and interiors, particularly residential, villas, palaces, penthouses, hospitality, or premium developments.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with proven P&L ownership.
• Established network of clients, developers, consultants, architects, and industry stakeholders in the UAE.
• Demonstrated success in growing and scaling a fit-out business.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, commercial, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
• UAE/GCC market experience is highly preferred.
