Job summary

Confidential Company in Dubai is seeking a senior operations and project leader to oversee the full lifecycle of interior fit-out projects from inception to completion. You will guide multidisciplinary teams and ensure delivery within time and budget, while maintaining high quality standards.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years of GCC experience, strong budgeting, and exceptional negotiation and leadership skills, with a track record in client relations and profitable project delivery in the UAE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in interior fit-out or construction.
• Strong UAE/GCC experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of fit-out projects, costing, procurement, and subcontractors.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Good commercial and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams.
• Strong understanding of budgets, profitability, and cash flow.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all interior fit-out projects from start to completion
• Ensure projects are completed on time within budget and with quality
• Lead project managers, site teams, design, estimation, procurement and commercial teams
• Develop new business and maintain relationships with clients and consultants
• Review and approve quotations, tenders, budgets and project costs
• Control expenses and improve project profitability
• Monitor progress, cash flow, collections and payments
• Manage suppliers, subcontractors and major procurement activities
• Recruit, manage and motivate employees
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety and UAE requirements
• Prepare and achieve annual sales, revenue and profit targets
• Report performance to Managing Director
