Job summary

BG Group UAE is seeking an experienced Fit out Project Manager to lead high-end villa projects in Dubai. You will oversee all stages from design to handover, ensuring top-quality finishes, timelines, and budgets while coordinating with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.

The role requires a civil/architecture/interior design background, 10+ years in UAE luxury fit-out leadership, strong joinery and MEP coordination knowledge, and proficiency in MS Project and AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design.
• At least 10 years of experience in fit out project management for luxury villa projects in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of joinery, MEP coordination, and high-end finishes.
• Proven track record in managing multiple villa fit-out projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all stages of luxury villa fitout projects from design to handover.
• Review drawings, BOQs, and specifications to ensure feasibility and compliance.
• Plan and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
• Approve materials, finishes, and mock-ups in line with high-end villa standards.
• Identify and resolve design or site issues promptly to avoid project delays.
• Lead progress meetings and prepare regular reports for management and clients.
• Ensure all works meet company quality standards and local authority regulations.
• Manage project handover, ensuring snag lists are completed to client satisfaction.

The role requires close coordination with clients to achieve the desired luxury standards BG Group is known for.
