Qualifications

Job description

Our client is a leading provider of luxury fit-out, joinery, and bespoke interior solutions. As part of their growing land-based division they are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee projects from inception through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage the full project lifecycle for luxury residential fit-out and joinery projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
2. Coordinate and supervise site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure seamless project execution and compliance with project specifications.
3. Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources, identifying and mitigating risks while maintaining commercial and operational performance.
4. Liaise directly with clients, architects, designers, and stakeholders, providing regular progress updates and ensuring client expectations are exceeded.
5. Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, health & safety requirements, and company quality standards throughout all stages of project delivery.

Candidate Requirements

1. Minimum 10 years of Project Management experience within luxury fit-out, joinery, interior contracting, or construction sectors.
2. Mandatory UAE experience, with a proven track record of delivering high-end residential villa projects within the region.
3. Strong knowledge of joinery manufacturing, bespoke interior fit-out works, and luxury finishing standards.
4. Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
5. Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline. Professional project management certifications are advantageous.
