Qualifications

• 15+ years in senior leadership roles within fit-out, interiors, construction, or related sectors.
• Proven track record as CEO, Managing Director, General Manager, or equivalent at a premium project scale.
• Strong experience in high-end luxury fit-out and interiors for residential, villas, hospitality, or premium developments.
• Excellent commercial and financial acumen with proven P&L ownership.
• Established UAE market network with clients, developers, consultants, architects, and stakeholders.

• Lead the overall business strategy, operations, and commercial direction.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and sustainable expansion.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
• Oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery within cost, quality, and schedule.
• Lead business development, tendering, pre-contract, and major project acquisition.
• Oversee P&L, budgets, cash flow, resource planning, and financial performance.
• Build and develop high-performing delivery, commercial, design, and procurement teams.
