Job summary

Confidential Company in Dubai is seeking a senior operations and project leader to oversee the full lifecycle of interior fit-out projects from inception to completion. You will guide multidisciplinary teams and ensure delivery within time and budget, while maintaining high quality standards.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years of GCC experience, strong budgeting, and exceptional negotiation and leadership skills, with a track record in client relations and profitable project delivery in the UAE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in interior fit-out or construction.
• Strong UAE/GCC experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of fit-out projects, costing, procurement, and subcontractors.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Good commercial and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams.
• Strong understanding of budgets, profitability, and cash flow.

Responsibilities
