Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in catering operations, preferably within the UAE or Middle East.
• Proven experience in managing catering operations.
• Strong knowledge of Food Safety Standards (HACCP), compliance, and regulatory laws.
• Ability to manage operations independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage day-to-day operations of the assigned location.
• Ensure achievement of operational, financial, and service objectives as per approved budgets.
• Maintain high standards of food quality and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with food safety standards.
