Overview

Carpenter in Musaffah, UAE

We are looking for a Carpenter to join our team in Mussafah. The successful candidate will be responsible for constructing, erecting, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures of wood, plywood, and wallboard. To be successful in this role, the candidate should have experience in carpentry work as well as excellent knowledge of the tools and materials used in the trade. The ideal candidate will also demonstrate a keen eye for detail and excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Construct, erect, install and repair structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood or wallboard
• Measure materials accurately according to job specifications
• Cut materials with power saws or hand saws
• Assemble structures or parts with nails or glue
• Fit parts together
• Check accuracy of work
• Read blueprints or drawings to determine specifications
• Prepare cost estimates for clients

Qualifications

• Proven experience in carpentry work
• Working knowledge of carpentry techniques and methods of installation and construction
• Understanding of carpentry materials & tools such as levels, planes & saws etc.
• Ability to read blueprints & drawings accurately
• Excellent problem-solving skills & attention to detail

Compensation

Salary: 1700 AED per month (negotiable)
