Job summary

Buraq Autos, the on-site customer-service desk in International City, Dubai, is seeking a Call Centre Executive / Automotive Service Advisor for the night shift. This is a customer-service and coordination role, not a mechanic vacancy; no technical diagnosis over the phone is expected.

You will handle calls and WhatsApp inquiries, collect vehicle details, coordinate service requests, and provide clear quotations and updates. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in call-handling / customer-service settings.
• Automotive service-advisor experience is preferred (not mandatory).
• Strong English communication; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and WhatsApp inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Collect vehicle details and location information for service requests.
• Coordinate battery, tyre, jump-start and roadside-service enquiries.
• Explain service options and quotes clearly; convert inquiries into bookings.
• Coordinate with dispatchers and technicians; provide realistic updates.
• Follow up on quotations and bookings.
• Maintain accurate customer and job records in the system.
• Escalate complaints or technical questions to the right person.
• Provide a clear handover to the morning shift.

Buraq Autos (Goziko Auto Repair Services L.L.C, Dubai DED licence no. 1635102) is hiring a Call Centre Executive / Automotive Service Advisor for the NIGHT SHIFT at our on-site customer-service desk in International City, Dubai. A separate Day Shift opening is advertised separately.

About us: Buraq Autos is the customer-facing brand of Goziko Auto Repair Services L.L.C, a Dubai-licensed auto repair and mobile roadside‑assistance business. Our related service brands include 800 Battery Hub and 800 Tyre Hub. Customers reach us by phone and WhatsApp for battery replacement, tyre fitting, jump‑starts and roadside repairs across Dubai and the UAE.

The role: This is an overnight position. You will be the first voice our customers hear at night, when callers are often stranded and need calm, reassuring help. This is a customer‑service and coordination role, not a mechanic vacancy; no technical diagnosis over the phone is expected.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls and WhatsApp enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Understand the customer's service requirement and collect accurate vehicle details and location information.
• Coordinate battery, tyre, jump‑start and roadside‑service enquiries.
• Explain approved service options and quotations clearly; convert genuine enquiries into confirmed bookings without pressure.
• Coordinate with dispatchers and technicians; give customers realistic updates rather than arrival times you cannot confirm.
• Follow up on pending quotations and bookings.
• Maintain accurate customer and job records in the system provided.
• Escalate complaints or technical questions to the right person.
• Provide a clear handover to the morning shift.

Schedule: Night‑shift opening (overnight coverage). The exact roster, rest breaks and weekly rest day will be finalised at interview and will comply with UAE Labour Law limits on working hours.

What we offer

• Starting basic salary AED 2,200 per month plus commission (commission structure explained at interview).
• Employment visa and medical insurance provided, subject to UAE work‑permit approval; candidates already holding a transferable UAE visa are also welcome.
• Paid weekly rest day and annual leave in line with UAE Labour Law.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Call‑handling / customer‑service experience.
• Automotive, service‑advisor, garage or roadside‑assistance experience is preferred (not mandatory).
• Calm, clear handling of urgent customer enquiries.
• Professional spoken and written English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
• Accurate booking and data‑entry skills; comfortable with WhatsApp, computers and customer‑management tools.
• Able to coordinate several live enquiries professionally.
• Comfortable working overnight on‑site in International City, Dubai, and able to arrange your own commute for night hours.
