• Support Service Advisors with customer communication and follow-ups.

Role Summary

Battmobile is UAE's leading onsite auto services provider with a fleet of over 40 vehicles and technicians available 24x7, serving over 150,000 customers with emergency and preventive car care at customer locations and at its service center in Al Quoz. The company is looking for a Service Receptionist to support its Service Department and ensure a smooth, professional, and welcoming customer experience.

Primary Duties

• Welcome and assist walk-in customers at the Service Reception.
• Coordinate between Service Advisors and customers for smooth communication and timely updates.
• Handle incoming IVR calls related to Service Advisors and vehicle updates.

Candidate Profile
