Job description

Attend customer calls and service inquiries in a professional and timely manner

Understand vehicle problems and accurately record customer concerns

Provide customers with preliminary guidance service recommendations and estimated timelines

Prepare job cards quotations and service estimates

Coordinate with technicians and the operations team for inspection diagnosis and repair

Assign jobs based on technician availability location and technical requirements

Keep customers regularly updated on job status repair requirements and completion time

Explain technical issues and recommended repairs in simple customer-friendly language

Obtain customer approval before carrying out additional repairs or replacing parts

Follow up on pending quotations and convert inquiries into confirmed service bookings

Coordinate vehicle pickup delivery and roadside assistance when required

Ensure accurate billing payment collection and closure of job cards

Handle customer complaints and resolve service-related concerns promptly

Maintain complete customer and vehicle service records in the system

Recommend relevant preventive maintenance and value-added services

Follow up with customers after service completion to ensure satisfaction

Support achievement of revenue conversion and customer satisfaction targets

2 to 5 years of experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry

Previous UAE experience with a garage, dealership, workshop, roadside assistance provider or vehicle service center is preferred

Diploma or technical qualification in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field is desirable

Good understanding of vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, spare parts and common mechanical and electrical issues

Experience preparing quotations, estimates, job cards and invoices

Strong customer service, communication and complaint-handling skills

Ability to coordinate effectively with technicians, drivers and operations teams

Sales-oriented approach with the ability to convert inquiries and recommend suitable services

Good working knowledge of MS Office, CRM or workshop management systems

Fluency in English and Hindi is required; Arabic or additional regional languages will be an advantage

Valid UAE driving license will be an advantageCandidates who can join immediately or at short notice will be preferred
