Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide accurate information, resolve inquiries, and ensure excellent customer experience

  • Log all call details, follow up on pending queries, and ensure timely resolution
  • Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to achieve performance targets
