The company is a trader of construction materials and equipment, and in addition delivers financial services to the other group entities. Among the group entities there are entities managing certain BOT activities in Africa such as:

• BOT for port containers scanning
• Biometric identification systems
• Airport Security gates BOT

Position Overview

Seeking a highly motivated Business / Financial Analyst to join our team. The role includes an initial period of approximately six months, followed by the opportunity to relocate to Dubai as part of our international expansion.

Relocation

After approximately six months in the role, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to relocate to Dubai and continue supporting the group’s global operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial and business analysis across multiple business units.
• Track and monitor the implementation of intercompany agreements.
• Analyze monthly and quarterly financial and performance results.
• Prepare, review, and present financial reports, KPIs, and performance insights to senior management.
• Conduct budget preparation, budget follow‑up, and budget reviews across diverse business activities.
• Support management decision-making through analytical insights and structured reporting.
• Handle KYC‑related processes and coordination with banking institutions, as required.

Requirements

• Relevant academic background in Finance, Economics or Accounting.
• 5+ years of experience as a Financial / Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
• Excellent Excel skills, including financial modeling, budget building, and performance tracking.
• Proven experience in business analysis and financial reporting.
• Strong ability to present complex financial data clearly to senior management.
• Experience working with intercompany structures and agreements.
• Advantage: Experience with KYC processes and interaction with banks.
• High level of professionalism, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
