Job summary

Acme Services in Dubai is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics & MIS Executive to support logistics operations, MIS reporting, customs coordination, regulatory compliance, and receivables tracking for a growing food trading business.

The role requires UAE driving licence, 2–5 years in logistics/Supply Chain, and experience with UAE customs docs. English communication is essential, Arabic/Hindi a plus, with opportunity to manage receivables and dashboards.

Qualifications

• UAE Driving Licence (Mandatory).
• 2–5 years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, MIS, or Operations.
• Mandatory experience in Food & Beverage, FMCG, Frozen Food, Food Trading, or Cold Chain Logistics.
• Knowledge of UAE customs procedures and documentation.
• Experience coordinating with Dubai Municipality and government portals.
• Understanding of receivables tracking, banking processes, and finance support functions.
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic/Hindi an advantage).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain MIS reports, daily/weekly/monthly sales reports (SKU-wise, customer-wise, region-wise).
• Maintain stock reports, reconciliation, ageing, and movement tracking.
• Create management dashboards using Advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
• Coordinate shipment documentation (invoices, packing lists, LPOs) and related records.
• Track import/export shipments and resolve delays; liaise with customs and authorities.
• Manage customer receivables aging and coordinate deposits with banks.

Hiring: Logistics & MIS Executive – Dubai, UAE

We are looking for a detail-oriented Logistics & MIS Executive to support logistics operations, MIS reporting, customs coordination, regulatory compliance, and receivables tracking for a growing food trading business in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

MIS & Reporting

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports (SKU-wise, customer-wise, region-wise).
• Maintain warehouse stock reports, inventory reconciliation, stock ageing, and movement tracking.
• Generate vehicle utilization and fleet performance reports.
• Create management dashboards using Advanced Excel and Google Sheets.
• Identify discrepancies, slow-moving inventory, and operational gaps.

Logistics & Documentation

• Coordinate shipment documentation including invoices, packing lists, delivery notes, and LPOs.
• Prepare customs-related documents such as Bills of Entry, Certificates of Origin, Health Certificates, and HS Codes.
• Coordinate with customs authorities and clearing agents for timely shipment clearance.
• Track import/export shipments and proactively resolve delays.

Regulatory & Municipality Coordination

• Liaise with Dubai Municipality for permits, inspections, food import approvals, and compliance requirements.
• Manage records related to food safety, Halal certifications, warehouse licensing, and renewals.
• Handle applications and clearances through Dubai Trade, Mirsal, and related government portals.

Payments & Cash Management

• Track customer receivables and maintain ageing reports.
• Coordinate cheque and cash deposits with banks.
• Support petty cash management and reconciliations.
• Escalate overdue payments and high-risk accounts.

Requirements

• UAE Driving Licence (Mandatory)
• 2–5 years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, MIS, or Operations roles
• Mandatory experience in Food & Beverage (F&B), FMCG, Frozen Food, Food Trading, or Cold Chain Logistics
• Knowledge of UAE customs procedures and documentation
• Experience coordinating with Dubai Municipality and government portals
• Understanding of receivables tracking, banking processes, and finance support functions
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic/Hindi is an advantage)

Preferred

• Experience in cold-chain or frozen food logistics
• Familiarity with Dubai Trade and Mirsal portals
• Experience managing vehicle fleets or transport vendors
