A prominent company in frozen food sales is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive sales of frozen and ice cream products across retail, wholesale, and foodservice sectors in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of experience in frozen food or ice cream sales, along with strong product knowledge and excellent client management skills. Fluency in English is required, while Arabic is a plus, and a valid UAE driving license is preferred. This role offers negotiable salary and commission based on experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the frozen food portfolio.
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.
• Conduct market research on trends, customer needs, and competitors.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms.
• Assist in pre‑sales activities including route planning, stock checks, and display coordination.
• Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely deliveries.
• Meet sales targets and prepare and present performance report to management.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in Frozen food or ice cream sales is a Must.
• Knowledge of the UAE Frozen food and Ice-cream market and distribution channels.
• Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client service skills.

Valid UAE Driving License preferred.

Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.

Salary and commission are negotiable based on experience and market knowledge.
