Position: Business Development Manager GCC Location: United Arab Emirates Reports to: Managing Director

Overview

This role should contribute to the growth of JDV Partners business through the acquisition of new clients particularly in the GCC region with a focus on the United Arab Emirates. This will be achieved through engagement fostering strong sustainable long‑term relationships with both existing and potential clients within the international markets of your region. Additionally you will be required to participate in key business development activities such as conferences, events and others as needed.

JDV Partners is a leading international consulting firm specializing in Human Resources and Recruitment & Staffing with expertise in 8 different sectors (Mining / Renewable Energy / Power / Hydrocarbons / Logistics / Infrastructure and Construction / IT & Telco / Government). The company is experiencing sustained growth across all the regions in which it operates. Its primary focus in Human Resources includes Recruitment and Selection of Middle and Senior Management / Payroll Administration / Outplacement (Career Transition) / Human Resources Consulting.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide support and services as well as commercial management for new clients.
  • Proactively build strong relationships that enable the identification and development of new business opportunities.
  • Creatively develop and execute strategies for new business development and revenue generation focused on JDV Partners existing portfolio.
  • Invest the majority of time in business‑generating activities.
  • Increase the prospect database and clients by achieving the objectives set by your direct area leader.
  • Organize business trips with a full agenda as business deals are secured in order to generate an appropriate ROI (Return on Investment).
  • Update and maintain company information regularly in the CRM.
  • Participate in promotional activities such as conferences and fairs for JDV Partners business as required.
  • Ensure that the tasks or activities carried out are properly reported to your area leader to meet the company’s standards.
  • Perform administrative tasks as required.
  • Visit at least two sites in remote locations or client camps per year to generate more business and gain a better understanding of our clients’ operations.
  • Perform other tasks related to the position as required.
  • Understand the market and target audiences to design the value proposition.
Position Requirements
  • Professional in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or related fields.
  • At least 10 years of experience in commercial roles in the Services sector.
  • Minimum intermediate‑high level of English (B2).
  • Knowledge of Arabic will be highly valued; minimum B1.
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365, SharePoint & CRM.
  • Ability to close business deals with excellent personal presentation and strong communication skills at various levels both inside and outside the organization.
  • Originality, creativity and the ability to work independently.
  • A dynamic person with initiative, commitment, responsibility, excellent interpersonal relationships, communication skills, conflict management, decision‑making ability, ease in teamwork and results orientation.
