Business Development Manager
Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead a team of young Business Dev. Executives with experience of 0-2 years.
  2. Drive the growth of our business via Sales, Social Media Management and Research functions
  3. Expand our clientele, provide support to existing clients, and assist in internal operations
  4. Maintaining quality standards for client service through written and verbal communications.
  5. Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
  6. Develop and implement customer service strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
  7. Analyze customer feedback and identify areas for improvement.
  8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  9. Help in continuous evolvement of our products and services

  11. Prepare and present regular reports on team performance and customer satisfaction metrics.
  12. Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new customer support staff
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  2. Total experience 10 years and minimum 5 years of experience with Forex Broker in Arabic market, and at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  5. Expertise in Arabic language with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
