They are seeking a Business Development Executive to support their growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in business development, telesales, or client acquisition preferably within financial services, insurance, or investment sectors; possess the ability to persuade, negotiate, and build and have a target-driven mindset.

Role Summary

The Business Development Executive will engage and acquire high-profile clients. The role involves reaching out to high net-worth individuals and decision-makers, convincing them to attend insurance meetings, and driving successful deal conversions with the support of internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound calls to introduce the company services and establish rapport with target leads.
  • Convince and book meetings for detailed insurance discussions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and management to ensure smooth client engagement and conversion.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions, meetings, and outcomes.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned targets related to meeting bookings, lead conversions, and revenue generation.
  • Provide consistent feedback to management on lead quality, market response, and client insights.
Skills & Experience Required
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, telesales, or client acquisition—preferably within financial services, insurance, or investment sectors.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Proven ability to persuade, negotiate, and build.
